These extra cute tic-tac holders are sooo simple to make!
During the winter I came across directions for an adorable snowman tic- tac holder. The only problem was that it was a CTMH consultant and used CTMH stamps, paper, punches and ribbon. I am more of a Hobby Lobby and Michael’s type of gal and this is what I came up with.
Here is a list of supplies:
- 3 x 4 5/8 green cardstock
- 1 3/4 x 2 3/4 white cardstock
- scissors
- corner rounder
- 1” circle punch
- ribbon
- flower- any kind
- box of tic-tacs
- paper cutter
- rhinestone stickers - optional
- adhesive of your choice
Score the green cardstock at 2 inches and 2 5/8 inches.
Round the corners.
Round the top and bottom corners on the right hand side.
Attach the ribbon to the green cardstock about 1/3 of the way down making sure to have enough on both sides to tie a bow later.
Attach the white cardstock.
Punch or cut a 1” circle near the bottom. Make sure that it is centered from left to right near the bottom of the white cardstock.
Attach flower and any bling you might want to add.
Attach the box of tic tacs to green cardstock and your done!
I initially made these for teacher appreciation gifts but I think they would be really cute Easter gifts and party favors too!
Okay, those are totally adorable. I wonder if I could make them on my Silhouette somehow...I'm a total slacker when it comes to craftyness so I like to cheat. :) Thanks for sharing the idea!
